Manuscripts that do not meet the guidelines for authors will be returned for correction. The corresponding editor will send the manuscript to at least 2 reviewers who will know the identity of the authors, not the other way around. Once accepted by the editor, the manuscripts will be reviewed by the technical editor.
The authors should modify the manuscript taking into account the modifications suggested by the editors and reviewers. The final decision will be communicated to the authors, who, if requested, should modify the article within 1 month of its communication, before it is definitively accepted. Authors should send the corrected manuscript indicating the changes made (e.g., with the change control function activated), and should attach a letter of response to the reviewers and editors with the changes made. In case of disagreement, authors should duly justify their opinion to the editor. Once the manuscript proofs have been received, authors should return the corrected manuscript within 1 week. If the editor does not receive a response from the authors after 1 month, the article will be rejected.
